Brief

Skyscanner is rebranding with a totally fresh look and feel. Matched with a new mission and ambition for the future of travel.
We were asked to engage our Travellers and Partners about these changes, reassuring them we were still the same brand. Our key metrics were around getting positive sentiment in social and industry press.

Concept

As a brand we are announcing ourselves as a leader in the travel industry, who always pushes boundaries and keeps looking beyond what seems possible today. Because we believe travel has the power to change us. And we have the power to change travel.
Then, now, tomorrow and beyond.

Our benchmark was to get lower than 10% negative sentiment, we achieved:
62% positive sentiment
34% neutral sentiment
3% negative sentiment
